HC 777 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

To register and maintain an account at HC 777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. HC 777 conducts age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentation at any point.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent, nominee or representative of any other individual.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from HC 777 or from any other gambling platform as part of a self-exclusion agreement.
• You must provide complete, accurate and truthful registration information. This includes your full legal name, a valid email address, a working Pakistani mobile number and any other information requested during the registration process.

Each Pakistani player is permitted to hold one (1) HC 777 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different devices, different payment methods or any other method — is strictly prohibited. Upon discovering duplicate accounts, HC 777 will close the additional accounts and may void any balances or pending transactions associated with them.

By registering at HC 777, you confirm that the information you have provided is true and that you will update your account details promptly if any information changes. HC 777 accepts no liability for transactions or communications that fail because player account details are out of date.

HC 777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No other payment methods are accepted.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 across all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, HC 777 reserves the right to apply deposit limits to individual accounts at its discretion based on activity patterns or regulatory requirements.

• Deposits are credited to your HC 777 account instantly in most cases. Delays caused by the payment provider's processing times are outside HC 777's control.
• All deposited funds are intended exclusively for gaming activity on HC 777. HC 777 accounts are not payment accounts and must not be used to store or transfer funds for non-gaming purposes.
• If a deposit is made in error (wrong amount, wrong account), contact HC 777 support immediately at support@hc777.im. HC 777 will investigate and assist where possible, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds misdirected through player error.
• HC 777 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their standard transaction charges, which are the player's responsibility.

HC 777 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes, measured from the moment the request is submitted:

• Standard accounts: Within 60 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Silver VIP: Within 30 minutes.
• Gold VIP: Within 15 minutes.
• Platinum and Diamond VIP: Near-instant (target: under 5 minutes).

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. HC 777 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your receiving payment provider may deduct charges according to their own fee schedules.

Withdrawals will, by default, be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. If that method is unavailable, HC 777 will contact the player to arrange an alternative. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not registered in the player's own name — are not permitted.

HC 777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal exceeding Rs 50,000. This verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport or driving licence). Withdrawals will be held pending verification completion. HC 777 aims to complete verification checks within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation.

HC 777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistani players, including a welcome bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses, VIP free bets, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the point of offer. The general bonus rules below apply unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The welcome bonus applies this requirement to the bonus portion only, not to the original deposit.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money bets. Bets placed using bonus funds count towards wagering requirements at the rate stated in the specific promotion terms, which varies by game category.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Claiming bonuses on behalf of another person, or systematic bonus abuse across multiple accounts, constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
• HC 777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus will be given reasonable notice of material changes.
• HC 777 reserves the right to refuse a bonus to any player at its discretion, including in cases where the player's historical activity suggests bonus exploitation.

For the avoidance of doubt: depositing, meeting the wagering requirement and withdrawing without any genuine gaming activity is considered bonus abuse. HC 777's fraud detection systems flag and investigate such patterns routinely.

All games available on HC 777 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. HC 777 accepts no liability for losses incurred through misunderstanding of game rules.

HC 777 uses a combination of certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for standard games and provably fair cryptographic systems for crash games. All live dealer games are operated by certified third-party studios. The outcome of all games is determined independently of any player's bet amount, account status or history.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once a round begins, your stake is committed.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, the round will be void and stakes will be returned to player balances. If a technical failure occurs in a crash game after a round has completed, the verified crash point will stand.
• HC 777 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings in cases where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect payout — for example, where a game malfunction produced odds or payouts outside the game's intended design.

Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully when using HC 777's live chat and game chat features. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing language directed at dealers, support staff or other players will result in chat access being revoked and may lead to account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your HC 777 account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. HC 777 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.

• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact HC 777 support immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured.
• HC 777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that was caused by your own failure to maintain password security.
• HC 777 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds an additional layer of security and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• Do not access HC 777 from shared or public devices. If you must do so, ensure you log out completely after each session and do not save login credentials on the device.

HC 777 uses TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Player financial data is not stored on HC 777's own servers; payment processing is handled by our certified payment partners. Your personal data is handled in accordance with HC 777's Privacy Policy.

The following activities are explicitly prohibited on HC 777 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Bonus abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns or behaviour inconsistent with legitimate recreational play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker and live table games.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, software exploits or any automated system to place bets or interact with HC 777 in a manner not available to standard users.
• Money laundering: Using HC 777 to process, layer or conceal proceeds of crime. HC 777 complies with anti-money laundering requirements and reports suspicious activity where required.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting HC 777 support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account closure and legal recovery action.
• Sharing accounts: Allowing another person to use your HC 777 account, including family members. Each individual must have their own separately registered account.
• Exploiting technical errors: Knowingly placing bets on odds or payouts that are clearly the result of a system error. Winnings derived from such bets will be voided.

HC 777 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and provides a full suite of tools to help Pakistani players maintain healthy gaming habits. These tools are available to all registered players from the account settings dashboard.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for 24 hours — but can be decreased immediately.
• Session timers: Set a maximum session length. You will receive a notification when your session reaches the configured limit.
• Cool-off periods: Take a short break from HC 777 — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days — without permanently closing your account. The cool-off takes effect immediately and cannot be cancelled once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from HC 777. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

HC 777 will never attempt to contact a self-excluded player with marketing communications during the exclusion period. If you contact HC 777 during a self-exclusion period requesting re-activation of your account before the exclusion expires, we will refuse.

HC 777's total liability to any individual player in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days. HC 777 accepts no liability for indirect, consequential or speculative losses regardless of how they arise.

If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, game outcome or account decision, you must contact HC 777 support within 14 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. HC 777 will investigate and respond to all valid disputes within 5 business days.

• To raise a dispute, contact support@hc777.im with your account username, the date and time of the disputed transaction or event, and a clear description of the issue.
• All disputes will be considered in light of the game logs, transaction records and server data maintained by HC 777. These records are considered definitive.
• If you are not satisfied with HC 777's resolution of a dispute, you have the right to seek independent mediation through the appropriate regulatory body.

HC 777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published at hc777.im/terms-conditions with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — HC 777 will, where reasonably practicable, provide advance notice via email or account notification.

Your continued use of HC 777 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept an update, you must stop using HC 777 and may close your account. Closing your account will not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests that are already in process.

HC 777 encourages Pakistani players to review these Terms periodically — particularly before accepting any new promotional offer, as promotion-specific terms form part of these Terms by reference. The most current version of these Terms always supersedes any previously published version.
